02 · Business challenge
The problem, as the business experienced it.
Sales, stock, purchasing and customer records lived in separate tills, spreadsheets and notebooks, so management could not see accurate stock levels or margins across branches.
Each branch could sell, but nobody could answer the simple questions: what is in stock right now, what did we make on it, and which supplier do we owe?

03 · Our approach
How we got from the problem to the system.
A connected POS and ERP system: fast tills with M-Pesa and card payments, live inventory, purchasing and suppliers, customers, user roles and consolidated reporting across every branch.

Understand
We spent time at the till and in the store room to see how sales, stock movements and purchases really happen — including the exceptions.

Architect
A single product and stock model shared by the POS and the back office, with branches, tills and user roles designed in from the start.

Build
POS first for speed at the counter, then inventory, purchasing, customers and suppliers, then consolidated reporting.

Integrate
M-Pesa and card payments at the till, receipt printing and, where required, accounting exports.

Deploy & support
Branch-by-branch rollout with training, followed by a support agreement covering updates and new modules.
